Nosework is an activity that allows your dog to use their natural desire to hunt. It harnesses a dog’s unique ability to detect scent and determine the source. Nosework is fun, motivational and can be the ultimate boost to a dogs confidence. This beginner level class will use Birch oil for scent and skills can be used for companions and competitors alike.

Limit: 8 dogs

Tools needed:
- Hungry dog, and yummy high value treats
- 4 identical plastic containers (ziploc or the like is perfect)
- flat collar or harness
- regular leash
- Corrective collar if needed for behavior management (only a negative marker is used as correction for the actual nosework)
- Clicker if preferred to verbal marker
